Parent Coaching

What is parent coaching?

Parent coaching is assisting you in finding a solution that fits the struggles you are facing with behaviors in your family. We will use your family values to guide you to parenting solutions that you will feel comfortable with using in your home. Parent coaching can be for any caregiver of a minor, including grandparents, extended family members, or foster parents. Parent coaching can be done as an individual, as a couple, or as co-parents. Parents who are unable to respectfully co-parent will be asked to attend separate parent coaching sessions.

What ISN'T parent coaching?

Parent coaching IS NOT individual, long-term therapy. Parent coaching IS NOT marriage therapy. Parents who need additional support for their relationship will be referred to another therapist for those services.
